After a year of contentious litigation against a nutritional supplement company, we were able to obtain a settlement valued at nearly thirteen million dollars, on behalf of 80,000 people.

Deal to settle litigation, brokered between our client, a land holding company, and a conglomeration of investors. After handling years of complex lawsuits and appeals, Nolan Klein brokered and drafted a series of complex agreements aimed at resolving protracted litigation.

Our client’s contract was wrongfully terminated by a major corporation, in order to seek out a more profitable arrangement. Nolan Klein represented the plaintiff in arbitration that ultimately resulted in settlement requiring payment to our client of one and a half million dollars.

When cases settle, they are often subject to settlement agreements, requiring that the defendant pay the plaintiff. We obtained a substantial settlement for our client, and when the defendant failed to make payment, we obtained a judgment requiring payment of all amounts owed, plus interest, for a total of over $1.4 Million. We collected every penny for our client.

When our client was struck and severely injured by a motorist, a dispute arose over which policies of insurance would contribute to compensate for her injury. After intensive pre-suit negotiations, we were able to obtain a full tender from one carrier, as well as substantial payment from a second insurer, which had contended no liability for the incident.

Settlement deal reached with a global food distribution company. Our client was a high ranking European executive of a global food conglomerate on a business trip in the U.S. when a negligently configured conference room electrical wire cause her to fall, severely injuring her arm and forcing her into early retirement. We were able to obtain a nine hundred and seventy five thousand dollar settlement for the client.

Our client was visiting Florida from the United Kingdom to film a popular British television show when she slipped due to a dangerous condition at a hotel, and injured herself badly. We were able to prove that the hotel knew that the condition was an issue, and had made public promises to fix it in the past, but never did. We obtained a result to fairly compensate her for the injuries sustained.

Settlement deal reached with a major hotel operator, which injured our client's business. When our client's business was injured by a major national hotel chain, we took immediate action against the company, facing down the nation's top hotel-litigation law firm, and ultimately negotiating a settlement of nearly half a million dollars.

Settlement for a client injured in the lobby of a busy hotel. Our client was a guest at a busy hotel popular with tourists, and tripped over uneven carpeting in the hotel lobby, fracturing his left arm. Our allegation was that the hotel knew the carpet was uneven and dangerous. We obtained a settlement of four hundred thousand dollars for our client.

Settlement for a client whose business contract with a major hotel chain was wrongfully terminated. The hotel chain manufactured a pretext for the cancelation and refused to do further business with our client. We obtained a four hundred thousand dollar settlement paid to our client by the hotel chain.

We sued our client’s business partner for misconduct. When our client's former partner refused to comply with a deal made to divide assets, we took action to force her to abide by the deal that she had made, and obtained a court order forcing the former partner to honor her promises, and to pay three hundred thousand dollars to our client.
